Yes, we will make every effort to combine multiple items from the same order into one shipment whenever possible. However, the actual delivery may vary depending on logistical factors. Please refer to the final delivery details upon receipt. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
To check your order status, follow steps below: 1. Sign into your account by clicking the “Log In” link in the top left corner of any page. 2. You will then be able to view all your orders and their current status on Account - My Orders page. 3. By clicking the “View Order” link to the right of the order number, you can check the order summary and detailed order status history. 4. We will synchronize the latest order information by email in time.
We mainly engage in online shopping business, we don't have any physical stores nor showrooms.
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact customer support to request modifications or cancellation. Once the order is in the shipping process, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can check the available options on the checkout page.
At the moment, we do not offer expedited processing, but you may select an express shipping option to speed up delivery.
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors. Please track your shipment using the tracking number or contact customer support for assistance.
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

United States & European Union
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days – Free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more items across the 48 contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., and select European countries. A low $5 shipping fee applies to orders of 1 item.
- Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days – Available at a flat rate of $8 for the first item per order, with an additional charge of $2 for each extra item.
Other Destinations
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the country. The available shipping methods and estimated costs will be displayed during checkout.
You can only specify one address per order. If you're buying several items and want to designate that items be sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.

Refund FAQs
Yes, we offer refunds, but they must meet our refund policy requirements. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please email us at customercare@sushret.net within 7 working days of the delivery date, including clear images documenting the defect. We will assess each case individually and replace the flawed part if warranted.

We’re confident that you’ll love your new Wrist Rest. However, if upon unboxing you find that it doesn’t meet your expectations, please email us immediately at customercare@sushret.net. You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us of your decision to cancel your order, and your return package must be postmarked within these 7 days.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. In the case of a returned damaged item, we will charge fees based on the actual damage.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow a few weeks for the refund to be processed and reflected on your original payment method, depending on the payment method used.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, the recipient refused to pay customs charges, or due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded unless you have contacted us in advance.
