01: Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our local warehouses. For U.S. orders, we utilize domestic fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery times.

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom

  • Germany

If your country is not listed, please contact us at customercare@sushret.net to check if we can arrange a delivery to your location.

03: Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States & Canada & Japan

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days – Free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more items across the 48 contiguous United States, Washington, D.C., and select European countries. A low $5 shipping fee applies to orders of 1 item.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days – Available at a flat rate of $8 for the first item per order, with an additional charge of $2 for each extra item.

Other Destinations

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the country. The available shipping methods and estimated costs will be displayed during checkout.

04: Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

05: Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.
  • Orders refused due to uncleared customs duties will not be treated as a return. Refunds will be processed at our Customer Service agents' discretion, excluding shipping costs and potential restocking fees.

06: Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
  • If an item is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen delays, shipping times may be extended.

07: Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

08: Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
  • If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at customercare@sushret.net within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
